Why this book?: This is the final book in the series and I feel like the author did a great job of wrapping everything up neatly in a bow. While some things that I wanted to happen didn't happen, some ships that I shipped didn't become canon (that's fandom speak for you), I felt very satisfied with how things ended, even though I was devasted they were ending at all. If I could have it done my way, we would follow Sam's adventures with her horses until she was an old lady. But alas... Anyway, if you haven't read this series and you love horses, you must have been under a rock and I insist you check it out immediatley. I think people of any age can enjoy it.
